You-Know-Who Spotted

Evidences point out that You-Know-Who (left, in grey t-shirt) is still at large. He is spotted at Paragon, Orchard today (26/12) at approximately 1735 hours. When spotted, You-Kn0w-Who was tight in the arms of a partner in crime (right, in black).

Companions Suang Wijaya and Mervin Ang can bear witness to such an unfortunate encounter. "See I'm so observant. I feel so accomplished!" says Suang Wijaya, after having spotted You-Know-Who and exclaimed, "Isn't that ***?" just a few metres away from him.

Being rather unobservant, I have walked past right past him without noticing, until spotter-cum-witness Suang Wijaya pointed it out. Stunned to meet him AGAIN at Orchard (the other time being at Cineleisure), I hurried off to inform Senator Asif Iqbal before deciding to gather evidence for such a scandalous affair.
